How long is a therapy session?
Sessions are usually 60 minutes, with the option to extend to 75 or 90 minutes when a longer session feels supportive.
Some people prefer a standard 60-minute session, while others appreciate more space for art therapy, body awareness, emotional processing or deeper reflection. We can discuss what feels most appropriate for you, your needs and the pace of the work.
How often can I schedule therapy sessions?
Session frequency depends on your needs, availability and the kind of support you are seeking. Some clients attend weekly, while others prefer fortnightly or occasional sessions. We can explore a rhythm that feels supportive, realistic and sustainable for you.
Can I choose between in-person and online sessions?
Yes. Sessions are available online across Australia, with selected in-person appointments in Sydney’s Inner West by arrangement.
Online sessions can be a supportive option if you prefer to work from the comfort of your own space, live outside the local area, or need more flexibility.
In-person session details are provided after booking confirmation.
Is Multidimensional Therapy suitable for individuals, couples and families?
Multidimensional Therapy currently supports adults in individual sessions.
The work may explore relationship patterns, family dynamics, emotional history and how you relate to yourself and others, but sessions are offered as individual therapeutic support.
If you are looking for couples or family therapy, this may not be the right fit, but you are welcome to get in touch if you are unsure.
What is the confidentiality policy for therapy sessions?
Your privacy is treated with care and respect.
What you share in sessions is kept confidential, within the usual ethical and legal limits. These limits may include situations where there is a serious concern for your safety or the safety of another person, or where disclosure is required by law.
A clear and respectful therapeutic space is important, and confidentiality is part of creating that sense of trust.
How much does a session cost?
A standard 60-minute session is AU$190.
If you choose to extend your session, additional time is charged at AU$30 per 15 minutes.
Any available flexible payment options can be discussed before booking, where appropriate.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows the session time to be offered to someone else who may be waiting for support.
Can I combine this work with other therapeutic approaches or medication?
Yes. Multidimensional Therapy can often sit alongside other forms of support, including counselling, psychotherapy, medical care or medication.
This work does not replace medical advice, psychological diagnosis or treatment from a registered health professional. If you are taking medication or receiving medical or psychological care, please continue to follow the guidance of your doctor, psychologist or prescribing practitioner.
Where appropriate, sessions can support self-understanding, emotional awareness, creative reflection and body-aware grounding alongside your existing care.

You can also begin with a free discovery call if you would like to ask questions before booking a paid session. A discovery call is a gentle first step to explore what you are looking for, whether this approach feels suitable, and what kind of support may be right for you.
